Join us for a Four-Session Journey Through Loss, Memory, and Renewal
Grief changes us. Whether your loss is recent or long ago, expected or sudden, grief often asks for more space than our busy lives allow. This group offers a compassionate place to slow down, listen deeply, and discover that you do not have to carry your grief alone.
This four-session virtual grief group invites participants into a gentle, supportive journey through four natural movements of grief. Each 90-minute session is designed to unfold with patience and grace. You will be given space to reflect, speak if you choose, and be witnessed by others who understand the landscape of loss.
Session One: Named and Held - Meets Wed, June 10 @ 7pm
Acknowledging the reality of your loss and honoring the courage it takes to face what has changed.
Session Two: Speaking to Your Grief - Meets Wed, June 24 @ 7pm
Giving voice to what is true—appreciation, sorrow, regret, longing, gratitude, and release.
Session Three: Memory as Treasure - Meets Wed, July 8 @ 7pm
Honoring who or what has been lost while discovering the living gifts and enduring presence that remain within you.
Session Four: Continuing On - Meets Wed, July 22 @ 7pm
Exploring how grief, when accompanied with care and attention, can deepen our capacity for life, connection, and meaning.
A Safe and Confidential Space:
This group is grounded in respect, confidentiality, and personal choice.
* What is shared in the group remains in the group.
* You will not be evaluated, analyzed, or given advice.
* Participation is always voluntary.
* Silence is welcome.
* You are free to share only what feels right for you.
Our intention is not to fix grief, but to accompany it with compassion and curiosity.
The Gestalt Soul Care approach is a gentle, somatically informed, and spiritually integrated approach to healing and personal growth. We believe that wisdom is carried not only in our thoughts, but also in our bodies, emotions, imagination, and lived experience.
Together, we create conditions that support honest encounter, compassionate presence, and meaningful discovery. Through attentive listening, reflection, and experiential practices, participants are invited to notice what is emerging and respond to it with care.
What to Bring
Please bring a notebook that can serve as your personal grief journal throughout the four sessions. Many participants find that insights, memories, and reflections arise between meetings, making the journal a valuable companion to the process.
Who Is This Group For?
This group is open to anyone experiencing loss and grief, whether related to the death of a loved one, the ending of a relationship, a life transition, a lost dream, or another significant change.
You are welcome exactly as you are. As you prepare for our time together, you may wish to reflect on two simple questions:
Who are you?
What brings you here?
We look forward to gathering with you and discovering how grace, presence, and the Divine Mystery may move among us.
